Which areas do you serve?
We cover the Richmond metro area: Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Glen Allen, Midlothian and Short Pump. A travel fee applies for addresses outside those areas.
Do I need a water tap or power outlet?
No. Our units are self-sufficient: they carry a purified water tank, a pressure washer and their own power.
How long does the service take?
It depends on the package and the size of the vehicle: the exterior detail is the quickest and the full detail takes the longest. We confirm the estimate for yours when you book.
How do I know which price applies to me?
Every package has three prices by vehicle size: sedan, SUV, and large SUV or truck. If you are not sure where yours lands, send us the model over WhatsApp and we will confirm it.
What products do you use?
We use pH-neutral, biodegradable shampoo that will not harm paint or plastics. Working with a pressure washer and our own tank uses considerably less water than a hose wash.
How can I pay?
We take credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cash when we finish. Businesses can request monthly invoicing.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 hours before the service, from your account or over WhatsApp.
