What is Merida Auto Detail?
It is a mobile car wash service in Mérida. We bring water, equipment and products to wherever your car is, so you never have to move it or wait in line.
Which areas do you serve?
We cover the whole Mérida metro area: Centro, Norte, Montebello, Altabrisa, Cholul, Conkal, Temozón and Ciudad Caucel. A travel fee applies outside that area.
Do I need a water tap or power outlet?
No. Our units are self-sufficient: they carry a purified water tank, a pressure washer and their own power.
How long does a wash take?
The express wash takes 20 to 30 minutes. The Premium with interiors takes around 45 minutes, depending on the size of the vehicle.
What products do you use?
We use pH-neutral, biodegradable shampoo that will not harm paint or plastics. Working with a pressure washer and our own tank uses considerably less water than a hose wash.
How can I pay?
We take credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cash when we finish. Businesses can request monthly invoicing.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 hours before the service, from your account or over WhatsApp.
